LENO BOMBS

Someone is out for revenge.

It's kind of disturbing, actually.

IF KEN BURNS COVERED THE O'BRIEN - LENO DUST UP

For the record... I'm for Coco.

OH, THE HUMANITY

The Irritation Waltz... music inspired by Nokia cell phones. This is what the soundtrack to the fifth circle of hell sounds like.

TO LIGHTEN THE MOOD

Here's a cleverly cut video that remixes Monty Python with Star Trek. That should help me shake the willies I got from the previous post.

CREEPY STOP-ACTION ANIMATION

It's from the UK but it sure ain't Wallace & Gromit. Sculptor Tessa Farmer has created a filmk called Nest Of The Skeletons and, well, color me disturbed...

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!

But it'll sound funny because my jaw is hanging open in amazement.

It's stuff like this that makes me realize how limited Hollywood's creativity is because of economical considerations and how boundlessly innovative and inventive independent artists can be.

I REALLY LIKE THIS

And that should be good enough for you. After all it's Arcade Fire and David Bowie. What's not to like?

SOMETHING FOR THE GAMERS TO LOOK FORWARD TO...

We got a Wii for the boys for Xmas and I have say, Rabbids Go Home is a damn fun game. My son Nate is addicted to it.

Looking over game reviews I stumbled across this upcoming release...DeathSpank.. which I won't allow my under-10 year olds to get. But for the HS / College set, it looks like a hoot.

OKAY, HOW ABOUT SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL...

I can't embed this time-lapse video of the Northern Lights but trust me, it's worth the click!

Back in 2000, on a bike ride between Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska I got to see the Northern Lights up close and personal. It was at 2AM and they were silvery with a blue hue. Simply incredible. But not nearly as incredible as what's in this video.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Nothing says Feliz Ano like a video of Miles Davis doing a cover version of Michael Jackson's "Human Nature".

As you might expect, Miles sounds great but the rest is synth-pop vomit.
